Review of Rotes TanTan Udon at Nobiko by helogx

This was an amazing and satisfying miso soup with udon noodles and tempeh on top. Nicely spiced and quite thick. Pictured also are the Takikomi Gohan vegetable rice as well as the refreshing Shiso Soda.
