Review of Vegetables For Roasting - Pictsweet farms by mallory17

I know these are meant to be roasted but I needed some veggies for my curry and this is all I had. The chunks are quite large. I was expecting them to take forever to cook but they must be parboiled because they were soft in just minutes. Will definitely try them roasted as well someday!
