Review of Economic Rice at Koufu by ibshl

Each dish costs $1, from the vegetarian stall! Ordered okra, eggplant, 2 servings of tofu and some sweet and sour mock meat. I love their veggies here because they’re not too salty but well-cooked! Favourites have to be the eggplant (cooked in spicy black bean sauce) and mock meat. The eggplant isn’t too mushy or tough, just the right texture for me. The sweet and sour sauce isn’t too sweet as well which I appreciate 🙃
