Review of Pope Bread Crumbs - Pope bread crumbs by wigglesme
Three simple ingredients make up these bread crumbs which tasted fantastic and worked great in my vegan stuffed peppers and fried eggplant and zucchini. The taste is simple, pure and natural and I actually prefer them unseasoned so I can add my own seasonings. I used an egg replacer to coat the veggies first before dipping in the breas crumbs. An added step for crispness is to first coat with flour, then egg, then these breadcrumbs. You can bake them at 375 degrees or fry them. Delicious!
