I love core life eatery! My mom gave me a gift card there so I tried it out. You can create your own bowls and also order bowls that are already made on the menu. They have tons of plant based options! The bowl I got has so much- rice noodles, quinoa, broccoli, tomatoes, tofu, avocado and more!
