Best tasting vegan cheese so far and melts about as well as all the others (So not the greatest). The taste is an easy 9/10. I think Miyoko’s is one of the best non dairy alternative companies out there.

Pro tip: For whatever reason, microwaving vegans cheese for 20-30 seconds melts it way better than other forms of cooking I’ve tried. So cook your dish, and if you want more melty cheese just pop it in for a few seconds.
