Review of Waffle with Buttermilk Fried Tofu and Chili Agave Syrup at True Bistro (Closed) by tetratye

This was one of the best waffles I have ever had! Tasted just like chicken and waffles but without the chicken. The tofu was well-spiced and the fried crust was the perfect combination of sweet and savory.
