Review of Vegan Mapo Tofu at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu by vikas

Gotta say I love eating Sichuan because so much of the foundation of the food is already vegan. Being in Chengdu I can't say there's anything "original" about mapo tofu on the menu but Li Xuan made it beautifully. Super spicy with the perfect amount of mind-numbing Sichuan peppercorn to make you feel drunk!
