Puff Pastry

First time trying to make desserts out of puff pastry sheets. Sooo easy, fun and delicious!

This puff pastry from Woolies was easy to roll and baked perfectly. Crisp and light with a lovely flavour.
Good value for money.
I used it to make a caramelized onion and tomato Tarte tatin and was very happy with the outcome.

This vegan puff pastry makes delicious pies as you can see and is perfect for either savory or sweet. I brush with almond milk so the pastry goes golden. Great taste.
