The type of oil you use can make a big difference depending on the dish you wish to use it in. Most cooking take away the taste of oil, so you can taste it most when using in pesto type recipes or as a dressing

The lemon flavour is strong so I use a very small amount when cooking with it. It is very versatile but not a personal favourite.
