This is a natural substitute for msg made of mushrooms. It’s great in soups, sauces, reductions and anything that wants a little umami kick. Very handy for making vegan pho broths more robust.
This is MAGIC. Works like meat stock and really adds so much umami and depth to any dish. Made pasta, pho with this and it makes veggie dishes have the flavour it’s sometime lacking in. If youre cooking vegan/vegetarian you need this in your kitchen!
