I've never really liked sausages. Yeah, they all taste pretty good. Traditionally, you probably would be better off never knowing what they are made of. But the grease and skin was what always put me off. Just a wierd consistency.
Plant-based ones like these on the other hand - solve all of those issues! Let them defrost first and used a plant butter spray before cooking and wow..
While these didn't taste as similar to real sausages as others I have tried, the seasonings were perfect! Really nice, I guess Cumberland-style flavour! Work for perfect comfort food stuck into a big pile of mashed potatoes mixed with a bit of plant butter.
Relatively low fat, high in protein!

Bloody love these. Meaty and Herby and cheap. Have enough fat in them that they remain juicy baked in the oven without extra oil.
