Unsweetened coconut milk is a pantry staple, and I keep a couple of cans around at all times. It’s creamy and rich, perfect for homemade curries and desserts alike! The quality is good; however, this brand seems to run on the expensive side.

Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk is a good coconut milk product. I use it most often in vegan Indian dishes that I make. It adds a creamy mouth taste to dishes without using dairy.

the organic version is pretty pricey at $5 a can. really nice tasting coconut milk tho, smooth and a really good addition to currys or stews! might try to make a vegan baileys out of it
