Eccellente. Prodotto lavorato derivante da farine e perciò contenente glutine. Ma è un piccolo piacere da concedersi ogni tanto.
In particolare l'arrosto (non fatevi spaventare dal suo aspetto) è buonissimo,molto saporito e ricco all'interno. Super consigliato anche a palati onnivori 😋

Veramente buono anche l'arrosto, saporito e morbido. Come sempre l'ho lasciato a riposare con olio ed erbette per circa 2h, riscaldato in padella con un filo d'olio e cuocerlo definitivamente insieme alle patate in forno. Veramente buono😋
Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che dentro ci fosse il peperoncino, l’ho marinato e poi preparato, non è male. #santuariocapraliberatutti
Once you take it out of the vacuum, it needs to be well marinated (I use the roast oil from the same company, with lots of rosemary). I prepared it in the oven with some roast potatoes, but it doesn't need too long to cook and you should keep it moist. I enjoyed the final result, as the texture is chewy/flaky and works pretty well.
I love this chunk of "roast" from Supermuscolo - it's well marinated in herbs and spices (therefore ready to go) and a good portion for 2 people. Careful not too cook it too long or it will get dry, although still salvageable with a good sauce.
