I was so pleasantly surprised by this vegan egg product that uses pumpkin seeds as its base. My scrambled vegan eggs with Violife shreds were amazing.

I sprinkle this on tofu scramble or just egg. Just a tiny sprinkle makes it taste more like real eggs

It tastes better when mixed in vs scramble. The color is a bit unreal but over all I will purchase more for mixing purposes.
