Organic pressed tofu from a Canadian company. It is good and fresh and versatile in a lot of recipes. The nice thing about pressed tofu is that it's really firm and will keep its shape without crumbling, any way you'd like to cook it. Excuse the photos, opened it before I thought to take a shot.

This is my new favourite tofu product. It’s great to have it essentially water free without having to press it yourself. Makes cooking vegan even more of a breeze.
