reduced sodium tamari

I need to avoid gluten, so I’m trying different #glutenfree seasonings and products. This tastes similar to soy sauce. It’s labeled lower sodium, but this product still has a high sodium content. It’s tasty and I’ll use it sparingly. 🧂
