This is a decent egg replacer for baking. I prefer Bob's Red Mill. I've been

vegan for almost 13 years, and it's so neat to see all the different varieties of baking necessities. I used to just use flaxseed or apple sauce, then the smelly Follow Your Heart egg replacers, and I appreciate that these days they have none of the bad smell. This brand uses a combination of finely ground #organic chia seeds and garbanzo beans. My only complaint is that it's harder to work with than the Bob's. It can easily be too thick and sticky if you go off the measurements on the bag. I add more water. It worked well for our orange, rum spice cake that we make during the holidays (pictured above) because I needed it to be a bit starchier. It also works really well for muffins, grainy breads and pancakes. For cupcakes and lighter cakes, I recommend Bob's. This is certified #vegan, #nongmo, and #glutenfree. I purchased this at Kroger for $4.99
