bread rolls made from rye flour. taste is oke but I prefer the multi-grain rolls.
i once read that these pre-baked bake-them-again-yourself rolls (how to translate "aufbackbrötchen"?) are not very environmentally friendly. yeah, they don't have to be stored in the freezer but the dough is made, than packed in plastic and brought to somewhere to bake it for the first time, than packed in plastic and brought to the supermarket and then brought home to the customer and baked there - sooooo much energy is required.
therefore, i try not to purchase those ready bread rolls but fresh ones from the bakery.
price is okay though since it's from rewe's own brand. contains gluten and sugar. 8 rolls in one pack.
