i found this at Marshall’s for $5.99. it’s a decent sized bag. these tiny little seed are worth it though because i use them almost everyday.

chia seeds make a good egg substitute and are useful for many other recipes. i add them in overnight oats, smoothie bowls, oatmeal, pancakes, cookies, and of course chia pudding! theres many more uses for chia seeds. they also have great health benefits 🎉🙌🎉

Chia seeds are extremely beneficial to our bodies! They’re full with nutritions and can be eaten with anything! I add them to my smoothies as well as my homemade jam, making chia pudding and eating it as breakfast isn’t that yummy but really satisfiable. They can also be used as an egg alternative in baking or as a substitute for white grain.
