Nigari Tofu Kräuter

This is my favorite type of tofu from this brand. It‘s perfect for tofu scramble or making crispy tofu in the oven.

Nagel is one of my favourite tofu brands, as it's not dry or crumbly like some other tofus. I liked this version with random spices, it's nice just fried and added to a salad bowl 👌 #veganuary
