Mos Burger has released a plant-based teriyaki hamburger. No animal ingredients, the sauce is in a separate container, and you can add as much as you like later. The green buns with spinach are soft and chewy, and the putty is the meat itself. Mayonnaise made from edamame and teriyaki sauce were rich. I think it's delicious enough without the sauce.
モスバーガーからプラントベースのテリヤキハンバーガーが発売されました。動物性成分不使用、ソースは別容器で、後から好きな量だけかけられます。ほうれん草入りの緑のバンズが柔らかさと噛みごたえがあり、パテはお肉そのもの。枝豆から出来ているマヨネーズとテリヤキソースも濃厚でした。ソースをかけなくても充分美味しいと思います。
