Puy lentils

So good with gravy, potatoes and carrots and parsnips!! It's really simple and convenient. I wish they weren't wrapped in plastic though so I try not to use them too often. I got them from Sainsbury's.

Pre-booked Puy lentils are a brilliant store cupboard standby... So quick and easy that there's no excuse not to eat vegan, even after a busy day 💚🌱💚

We used these #lentils #proteins for a #veganshepherdspie . They are quickly to make however next time I would use vegan mince as well as lentils.

Really good packet of lentils. Love the flavour of them & so easy as you just stick them in the microwave!🤩
