This is apparently new! I found it needed a bit more salt and I like more leafage but overall good for a healthy, easy lunch. Expensive for a supermarket but comparable to buying something from Pret.

Pretty good salad when you’re in a pinch and want something healthy. All #wholefoods and the tangy pickled red onions were a great touch!
