I actually love using slightly firm tofu! ❤️ It is great for a vegan scramble or vegan brekky muffin 🍽

Used to make vegan ricotta for eggplant lasagne. Good consistency 


Don't buy it if you are looking for protein, despite the "source of protein" stamp. This tofu has very little protein - only 5.5% as opposed to other types of tofu that have 15% or more. The main ingredient in this is water and it has only 26% of soybeans. Other brands have around 60%.

My other go to tofu brand is this, and I mostly use it for salt and pepper tofu (goes in airfryer then sauteed! Great crisp exterior and silky soft interior). I also use this to miso soup. Yum!
