Bocados

Es increíble esta "carne" de soja. Yo la he aderezado con aceite, tamari y especias (pimentón, orégano, al gusto...) y a la sartén. INCREÍBLE.
La compré en Vegan Place!

Lo hidratas y luego lo pasas por la sarten quedan muy ricos. 

También conocido en el mundillo Veggie como "legumbreta" son filetes texturizados a base de soja, y harinas de arroz y alubias. La textura está muy lograda y nutricionalmemte están muy bien. Lo recomiendo

I'm not a fan of dehydrated soy.
But this.
It's a product that I find incredibly rarely (have to order it and it's not always available), but it doesn't have that unpleasant aftertaste that is characteristic of soy. I just enjoy it quite a lot!
