This was quite delicious! Found at this place called Mike's Discount or something like that, somewhere in the Minneapolis area (lmao I didn't know where we were tbh). Lots of great deals. Anyway I bought this and it has protein and tastes really good
Overall I did not really like the flavor of this one. The coconut is really overpowering and you can’t really taste the cookies and cream. Its definitely not my favorite Koia flavor I’ve had and I think the Brownie Keto flavor was a lot better. If you are on a vegan Keto diet though this is an option for you.
