This sauce is great. It’s vegan so it doesn’t have any fish. Is different from the other but any good way. It should have its one name.
This flavor remind me a dressing they used on a vegetarian Thai restaurant I used to it. Is great for everything you can imagine. The flavor is not invasive but at the same time can rehance the flavor of the food very well. I use it a lot on woks and steamed veggies but also I add it to any sauce and etc
