I really wanted to like this IQ Bar but sorry no good for me! Too soft and mushy with not much texture except for the barely not there chocolate chips!
If you lie a bar that literally tasted like gooey cookie dough than this is definitely for you!
It’s worth a try to see if you like it!
It’s high in protein, low in sugar, good source of fiber and infused with adaptogens.
Pretty good for you but just not for me.
