Tomato Basil Creamy Soup

This soup is creamy and flavorful. I like the other tomato soup they make a little better though. I made a yummy grilled cheese with daiya cheese and homemade “butter” to go with this. I also topped it with croutons. It was a great lunch. #veganin2020

Super yummy soup! I added a little rice and black beans to it in order to make it extra nutritious.
