minced meat

was surprisingly really good. it doesn’t look very appealing but the taste is very nice and the consistency is good too. reminded me of pan fried mince which is nice since you can skip that step when making a dish.

A good product, perfect texture (it remains like mince meat when cooking and does not "stick" ) and good taste, if a bit bland, it needs a bit of seasoning. I used it in a vegan moussaka and was pleasantly surprised.
