Solid vegetable oil

This is the first time I've seen any oil other than coconut oil in a solid form. It needs quite a high temperature to melt. I've noticed it's helpful to put in pasta water to prevent the pasta from sticking together.

Simple, delicious alternative butter, margarine, or sunflower oil for cooking.
