Apparently the consistency @herbivore_earthfoods have achieved with their mushroom biltong is very similar to meat biltong. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it but I think I’m too British to go crazy for biltong! I’ll leave it for South Africans!!

Great little snack to have on the go. Doesn't taste much like biltong but it is still damn tasty dried mushrooms! Love this brand and all the funky products they come up with.
