This is pretty good quality for a house brand. The tau Kwa (soya bean cake) was firm and smooth. At 85 cents for two pieces, it great value for a protein source. #veganuary

Felt all tau kwa tasted almost the same. Some salty a bit! This was not bad and quite firm! Nice 👍🏻
The taukwa / firm tofu has a nice bounce and qq texture to it - cooked by simmering it in some liquid seasoning.
