Rich Poppy Seed Dressing

I'm not a big salad dressing person, oil and vinegar is my go-to, but holy moly, this dressing. Creamy and tangy. I will literally chuck some chopped kale on a plate just so I can have some of this dressing. So delicious, lots of flavour, a worthy additional to your vegetables.
