Blackcurrant Less Sugar Jam

Our blackcurrant less sugar jam is made from the plumpest, juiciest blackcurrants – one of our favourites! The Guild of Fine Food Writers Great Taste Awards judges also liked it and granted it a star award, saying ‘There’s a remarkable tartness to this jam that is completely in balance and comes through very naturally. Lovely smooth texture and brilliant level of acidity’ and ‘A deep jewel colour and set with whole fruit retaining its shape’.
