This tart was ridiculously, wickedly good. The chocolate top layer was rich and smooth, it kind of reminded my of the Coconut Collaborative choc pots except it was a bit more dense. The salted caramel layer was gooey and there was LOTS of it, and the base was lovely too.
This tart is great. The chocolate topping is medium soft and strong in flavor, the caramel is perfect and gooey. The crust could use a little more sweetness but is definitely good if you make sure each bite has a little of every element of the tart 😊 This will be great for the holiday season.
