Has a very strong taste. Mellow it with maple syrup or lemon juice. Good as a salad dressing

This is a great brand of tahini, very authentic! Not commonly found at grocery stores though.
I had tahini from a couple different brands at the very beginning of my vegan journey and did not like it. I’ve heard it depends on the brand you get. I also figured it was worth a shot as tastebuds change over time. It’s still not my favourite but I did like this brand. Not as bitter and more liquified. It works great as a dressing.
This tahini is very viscous, on the drippy side. I mostly use tahini for baking, and in sauces and dressings so the texture is perfect for my purposes.
I used this tahini to make a caesar salad dressing using the recipe by Ambitious Kitchen. I always add some nutritional yeast and I didn't have capers this time. It still tasted great. I made a simple salad with the dressing, romaine lettuce, dill, cucumber and air fryed seasoned chickpeas.
