Pains au chocolat

I microwaved them for 30 seconds and it was piping hot, the chocolate melted and the pasty was flakey which is good.

I've never been a huge fan of pain au chocolat but these are exactly how I remember them. If I were blind folded , I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between vegan & non-vegan, which means everyone should buy the vegan ones 😜

Out of personal preference, I wouldn't get these again but if you're a fan I'd definitely recommend!

It's annoying that they're individually wrapped in plastic, it's quite unnecessary and I think they could definitely change the packaging for them to be loose together in a more eco-friendly/recyclable bag.

Had one of these for a quick early breakfast snack and they were lovely! Not flaky as they aren’t fresh but still had a nice pastry and chocolate inside that doesn’t taste too ‘vegan’ like some chocolate items do! Would buy again for snacks! Loved them!

Incredible price for all of these. The chocolate pieces inside were so nice, reminded me of Nutella and were pretty consistent throughout. Pastry was a good brioche and well enjoyed. Decent size of each, only shame is that there is sooo much plastic. #veganisnotscary

These were fluffy, soft and not too sweet but there wasn't enough choccy. They're amazingly cheap from Aldi and were such a beautiful surprise to discover 🥐 #veganuary

Pastry is a bit dry, taste could be richer- disappointed with these as Aldi has been good at providing vegan pastry alternative
Just needs richer chocolate and more’ buttery’ pastry
