Something I grew up with and love.

Samp goes well with a gravy, "potjie kos" or curry. I eat it just as it is, I just love the taste.

Low GI, high in fiber and reduce fat absorbtion buy high in carbohydrates.

Samp and beans is my favourite dish ever!!! Set the timer on the instant pot and it’s boiled when I get home from work 💃
