Plant-based Tomato Pesto

I love, love, love this tomato pesto! It has become a pantry staple for me. I mix it with cooked pasta and often add in raw spinach and/or arugula at the end for a quick and really delicious meal. I can imagine adding capers and other extras too.

Tastes great! Just needed a little more salt, but that's most vegan products 😂
