These are probably my favorite "chicken" nuggets. I've tried many different brands and these are just great. I like to cook them at 400F, a bit higher than suggested and will often do the convection option too.

The taste and texture are very close to chicken. I served it to my family and they couldn't believe it wasn't chicken meat.
