semifreddo al pistacchio e caffè

This cake was delicious. Maybe a bit too sweet for my personal taste, which in my opinion overpowered the pistachio taste, but still so great! The sponge cake was perfectly made, super light. I am just very happy to see a 100% plant-based restaurant offering things that are usually difficult/impossible to find, such as delicious, creative desserts.

Non sono sicura che il nome sia corretto, comunque le ragazze della Colubrina ce lo hanno proposto al posto del loro stupendo tiramisù che purtroppo era terminato. Davvero buono e l'accostamento caffè pistacchio era particolare!
