Another great addition to Trader Joe’s plant based products.. and my favorite frozen preparation of riced cauliflower. I build on this in dishes and use it instead of rice for stir-fry’s.

This is a nice prepared garlic prep - the garlic is closer to fresh then roasted garlic - so not a confit, but works well flavor wise in place of fresh cloves in any dish.

These are starchy and delicious, great little veggie bites for a side, app, or snack. These are like a veggie hush puppy or fritter.
This works well in all sorts of asian dishes. It’s milder in flavor or intensity then soy sauce or tamari, but provides mild salt and umami flavor to stir-fry’s and wok-based dishes.
