Follow Your Heart has some amazing sliced cheeses. The taste is so close to its dairy counterparts. My tip for fabulous grilled cheese is to set the cheese out about 30 minute before needed. Warm slices melt up beautifully every time.

I'd never heard of this brand until my husband brought it home as the mixed Mexican cheese I had on the list. I was a little leary, but we were pleasantly surprised. It has a very authentic taste but it doesn't always melt as well as we'd like. So I just leave it on the counter for about 30 minutes before use. I've even used the microwave when I'm short on time.

We enjoy a variety of cheeses across different brands, but VioLife is our favorite shredded cheddar. When you open the pkg and take a sniff, it smells just like regular cheddar. Taste is very good. When I use cheese, I let it sit on the counter for about 30 minutes, so there's never a problem with melting. We've found this to be true of all the brands we've tried.
