this Calle Ocho is kind cleaver’s version of a cuban and it does not disappoint! i personally opt to add the grilled maduros & garlic aioli for a little extra sweet & savory to the flavor, but the combination of the thin-sliced h’am & mojo por’k, provolone cheeze, pickles, and yellow mustard is amazing already! 🥪🍖🍌 #saveveganrestaurants #veganproud
