This vegan passion fruit cheesecake is a big NO for me. The cookie base isn't well combined and not crunchy. The "cheese" part is sooo sweet and not cheesy, it lacks in sourness. The passion fruit topping is sweet and not so good. I'm sorry but this dessert is nauseating
