Review of Miso Ginger Broth - Trader Joe's by theveglife

I bought this on my trip to the States late last year. It's been sitting in my pantry for a lazy day so that I could make The Chutney Life's dumpling soup recipe. That day was Monday!

I never buy broth in a carton and always use better than boullion paste to make broth for soups but this flavour combo sounded amazing for an Asian style soup. I was nervous the ginger flavour would be overpowering but thankfully it was not and I enjoyed the flavour. I could probably make a similar broth myself from scratch but it was a nice hack to get a quick meal out on the table with minimal effort. This would also be really good in an Asian noodle soup dish.
