Review of Gnocchi - Migros V-Love by cloudyaquilegia
Who doesn't love gnocchi? For me, I'm a #gnocchilover but I don't like to do them on my own 😅 so I buy them from time to time. You have to be really careful because sometimes they are prepared with cheese, so with Migros V-Love you're totally safe. Here I cooked them with a #tomatosauce, which #passata was initially prepared by my parents with the tomatoes of my father's garden 😍🍅 I pre-cooked the gnocchi in salty water before to mix them with the sauce, but I think I'd obtained a better result if I cooked them directly in the sauce, because then they absorbe the whole flavor and become less soft, which I prefer.
Add some vegan cheese and there you go, dinner is served!
