Review of Via Instant French Roast - Starbucks by lizmaselli

Why do I have a photo of a #chocolate espresso cake for Starbucks instant coffee ☕️? Funny, you should ask.🤣 I can't begin to tell you how many of these instant coffee packs we've accumulated. We don't even drink them, but they always end up in gift baskets for holidays given by my mom's work. So, I got creative with how I use/ used them. I very much dislike instant coffee, but I was putting them in protein shakes. They blended well and had a decent flavor, but were no match to actual brewed coffee. I'm not always the biggest fan of Starbucks, I prefer supporting small and local when possible. I saw a recipe for chocolate #cupcakes using instant coffee, and I haven't looked back. I now use instant coffee in all of my chocolate cakes, cupcakes, brownies, etc. It makes the #chocolate 🍫 a lot richer and adds a deeper flavor. But be careful, I forgot to tell Greg once these were in the chocolate birthday cupcakes I made him, and he was apparently up all night. Oops. You can purchase these almost anywhere around here: Target, Kroger, Meijer, Giant Eagle, etc. They are in prices from $4- $7. I like the French Roast because it's a bit bolder and stronger as a dark roast.
